2021 Woodson Sports Physical Night
Wednesday June 16, 2021
Sports Physical Night will provide a complete pre-participation examination screening that will leave student athletes with a VHSL physical valid for the entirety of the 2021-22 School Year. Each year it is required that all student athletes have a completed VHSL physical on file before participating in sports.
This is our Athletic Training Program’s only fundraiser for the year and ALL proceeds go towards helping the program purchase supplies!

Summer Conditioning

Every Monday and Thursday from 12pm-1:30pm beginning June 14 and going until the end of July, we will be lifting and conditioning in preparation for our winter season. We'll meet in the Weight Room. Please bring your own water (32 oz.)!

Every student and coach is required to complete this form prior to attending any tryout, practice or game. You must be logged in to your FCPS Google account in order for it to work. Feel free to save this link or bookmark it on your device for easy access each day. Please select "Out of Season" during the offseason period (green days).
